Real research for real impact.

Quality early childhood research exists—it's just trapped behind paywalls and academic jargon. I translate peer-reviewed studies into real strategies you can use tomorrow morning—because your classroom can't wait for academia to catch up, and your kiddos deserve better than Pinterest pegagogy.

Hi, I'm Em.

We're in this together. I do this because early childhood educators shouldn't have to figure this out alone. The isolation is real—you're in your classroom, doing this intense, exhausting, critical work with developing humans, and there's no one to process the research with, no community asking the hard questions, no space to say "wait, what does the evidence actually say about this?" I'm building Early Ed Em because quality ECE isn't just about access to research—it's about access to each other. It's educators connecting over what the studies mean for real kids in real classrooms. It's practitioners challenging each other to do better, supporting each other through the hard shifts in practice, and refusing to accept "that's how we've always done it" when the evidence points another way. The research matters. But the community we build around it matters just as much. Because when educators feel connected, supported, and equipped with evidence—that's when we see real change for children.
